Resin Proppant Technology

Our resin proppant technologies are designed to improve fracture conductivity, enhance proppant pack stability, and reduce the risk of proppant flowback during production. Resin-coated proppants provide improved grain-to-grain bonding within the fracture, helping maintain fracture width and conductivity under reservoir stress conditions while reducing proppant movement during early production.

We evaluate proppant selection as part of an integrated fracture design process that considers reservoir stress, closure pressure, fracture conductivity requirements, and expected production conditions. By combining fracture modeling with reservoir performance analysis, we determine the optimal proppant type, size distribution, and concentration to maximize fracture effectiveness.

Our team works closely with operators and stimulation providers to incorporate resin proppant technologies into stimulation programs in a cost-effective manner. These solutions can improve fracture durability, reduce operational risks, and enhance long-term well productivity in a wide range of reservoir environments.
