Mark Teasdale P.Eng
Developed extensive unconventional oil and gas expertise over the past 20+ years, with experience in hydraulic fracturing and horizontal well development and operations. While at BP and Apache, gained exposure working on the majority of the unconventional basins in Canada, US, New Zealand, and Argentina. Proficient in completion design and operations, reservoir stimulation, fracture stimulation and full field development, playing a pivotal role in transforming a Montney asset from 4K to over 40K boepd. Most recently worked as an executive in operations and development at Strathcona Resources, building the fastest growing oil and gas producer in North America since 2020 (4K to over 190K boepd).

Stuart Houle P.Eng
Stu is a 20+ year professional engineer specializing in Drilling, Completions, Production and Operations in the WCSB. Stu started working on drilling rigs as a roughneck in 2003 and has worked his way into COO for a junior oil and gas company. Previously he worked as VP Engineering and Operations for Saturn Oil and Gas bringing them from 40boepd to 30,000boepd. Stu talents are logistical analysis to minimize costs, implementing and de-risking new technologies and execution of operations in a safe and environmentally friendly manner

Ryan Wilson P.Eng
Experienced in onshore operations and plant development, with over 25 years of expertise in mine design and operations. A proven track record of successfully executing and overseeing projects from inception to full operation. Proficient in project management, particularly in the field of water filtration, with a total project value exceeding $600 million. Additionally, played a pivotal role in the establishment of Canada's leading frac sand mine, Wayfinder Corp, alongside Chad Bremner.
